Jistoty a nejistoty na křižovatkách současné medicíny

Omlouvám se laskavým čtenářům za spíše „filozofické zamyšlení“ namísto odborného textu. Jak ale popisuji níže, děje se toho v oblasti medicíny, včetně naší interny, tolik, že lze těžko vybrat to, co je nejdůležitější. Po desítkách let praxe v nemocnici i na ambulanci mi nějak připadá, že je především třeba pokusit se alespoň trochu vyznat ve spletenci problémů, úspěchů, kontroverzí, nejistot a jistot. A pojmenování a uvědomění si současné situace je asi základem pro naše rozhodování. Rozhodování v praxi, rozhodování medicínské, ale i vědecké nebo v oblasti vzdělávání...
