The uncommon way of noninvasive demonstration of myocardial ischaemia via cold exposure

The authors present a case report of the patient with late clinical manifestation of a serious isolated lesion of morphological less typical left coronary artery. The noninvasive proof was done via an improvised cold test. The lesion was treated surgically.
