Národní program snížení příjmu soli v ČR v letech 2023-2030 - "30 % do roku 2030"

Kardiovaskulární onemocnění jsou nejčastější příčinou úmrtí v ČR. Průměrná spotřeba soli v ČR je 13,4 g na osobu na den, což výrazně převyšuje průměrnou spotřebu v ostatních evropských zemích (kolem 10 g na osobu). Většinu soli přijímáme ve zpracovaných potravinách (75-80 %), sůl přidávaná během kulinární úpravy a konzumace jídla se podílí z 15-20 %, zbytek je přirozeně se vyskytující sůl v potravinách.
