Milý Mironeli, jak Ti říkáme v soukromí, před 10 lety jsme Ti psali, že  patříš mezi ty šťastné, kteří se dožili určitého věku, a v Tvém případě to bylo tenkrát šesté a nyní sedmé decennium. A za těch deset let jsi ještě více dozrál, jako to tvé víno v Pouzdřanech. Stále mladistvý a pozitivně naladěný na vrcholu lékařských, vědeckých i  pedagogických úspěchů. A  tak dovol abychom se opět trochu zastavili a popřáli Ti touto cestou nejen vše dobré, ale také jako poděkování za naše společné přátelství, kterého si oba nesmírně vážíme...
