Czech society of endocrinology clinical guideline: diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism and hypoparathyroidism

Primary hyperparathyroidism as well as hypoparathyroidism belongs to the common endocrine disorders. Is spite of their common occurrence, management of those disorders has not been fully consensual so far. Moreover, several differences in diagnostic and therapeutic processes and availability of diagnostic and therapeutic tools differ among countries. Czech society of endocrinology summarizes current knowledge and recommendation on primary hyperparathyroidism and hypoparathyroidism in order to increase and equalize the level and harmonize the quality of care of patients with those disorders in Czech Republic.
