Vericiguat in patients with heart failure and reduced ejection fraction

Pozadí: Efekt vericiguatu - nového orálního solubilního stimulátoru guanylát cyklázy u nemocných se srdečním selháním a sníľenou ejekční frakcí, kteří byli recentně hospitalizováni a dostali intravenózní diuretikum, není zcela znám.
