E32 | www.casopisvnitrnilekarstvi.cz DOPORUČENÝ POSTUP Praktické klinické doporučení pro perioperační péči v bariatrické chirurgii 2023 VNITŘNÍ LÉKAŘSTVÍ nost si zaslouží ERAS u pacientů se specifickými komorbiditami, kteří mohou mít potenciálně složitější perioperační průběh, jako jsou pacienti s diabetem, kardiovaskulárními a psychiatrickými komorbiditami. S dobře zdokumentovaným účinkem ERAS na snížení perioperačního stresu lze očekávat, že přínos ve smyslu snížení perioperační morbidity bude zvláště patrný u těchto skupin pacientů. LITERATURA 1.
