PŘEHLEDOVÉ ČLÁNKY Přehlédnutý karcinom horní části gastrointestinálního traktu (PEUGIC) – od epidemiologie k analýze hlavních příčin E24 | VNITŘNÍ LÉKAŘSTVÍ / Vnitř Lék. 2023;69(8):E19-E25 / www.casopisvnitrnilekarstvi.cz V čase diagnózy endoskopista aktivně zjišťuje anamnézu od pacienta i z informačního systému, zda byla u pacienta provedena gastroskopie v posledních 3 letech a s jakým výsledkem. Pokud předchozí gastroskopie nádor nezjistila, jedná se o PEUGIC. „ Součástí sledování PEUGIC na každém pracovišti by měla být i analýza jednotlivých příčin vedoucích k PEUGIC. Jako návod k této analýze může sloužit systém analýzy příčin, který vytvořil Kamran a kolektiv (Schéma 1). „ Klíčem ke zvýšení kvality horní endoskopie v našich zemích jsou Standardy kvality České gastroenterologické společnosti pro gastroskopii, jejichž stanoviska by měla být známa všem endoskopistům a měla by být dodržována na všech endoskopických jednotkách v České republice.
